The House Manager represents a point of reference able to organize services and people for keep efficiently the property. STAFF ORGANIZATION

Management of domestic staff about organization and planning of ordinary work in according the guest arrivals or the owners priorities. 

CHECK&CONTROL

Constant control of the property while the house is idle. Inspections after meteorological phenomena. The house manager is in charge of introduce the guests in the property and handle the check in and check out services. 

GUEST REFERENCES

The house manager assists guests by performing various tasks such as planning and book experiences, making restaurant reservations, transfer and porter service coordinator.

WORK COORDINATOR

He/She handles and supervises the extraordinary works on the property, throughout the year. 

KEY HOLDER

The house manager custody of copies of keys, including those reserved for guests. Custody and collection of mail and bureaucratic documents of the property.
